PEV believes that participation in artistic and cultural events helps women grow in character and recognize what is good, true, and beautiful in ordinary life.
An appreciation of arts and culture contributes to the well-being of women and their wider communities, and PEV provies a myriad of activities to raise women's quality of life on every level.
