The larger majority of our time is devoted to our professional work, regardless of what that might be.  PEV’s aim is to provide a broader perspective that encourages women to view their work not only as a means to achieve professional prestige, which is a legitimate goal, but more importantly, to more fully develop their unique personalities and talents which can then be put at the service of their coworkers and the wider community.
