High School Teens and University Students have the opportunity to join in a variety of activities complementing their academic education and aimed at helping them fully develop themselves equipping them to be strong and compassionate leaders of society.
Activities range from “custom-made” one-day workshops like the popular “Twenty 101: What Every Girl Should Know” to the monthly Polaris teens club to the LEAP – weekend leadership program which certifies teens to work as counselors at the Chillawee Trails Girls Camp.
All the programs encourage the young women that developing their talents and personality is the way they can contribute to positive change in society. Paradoxically, through giving of themselves to each other, their families and the wider community, they realize that they are precisely the ones who benefit most. This is evidenced by the frequency with which the club participants subsequently return to help with running the club.
